UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL WITH THE BOMBAY FILM INDUSTRY
To most of us, the film industry is all about the glitz and the glamour. But the book portrays the real picture, the real people, with and without the glamour, artifice and ‘the larger than life’ image usually associated with the industry.
Silver Screen & Beyond is a series of images that takes a closer look at our prolific film industry – on everything involved in the making of a film. The book captures the different components that come together and work in harmony to create that dream on a screen. It captures candids of almost every Bollywood star of the film industry panning through 78 sets and 12 years of behind-the-scenes action.
